We ship to 60 countries worldwide. Products will be shipped to you directly from SRI LANKA.
Delivery times vary by country. We are generally able to deliver between 4-15 working days internationally. All deliveries will be made between 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Please take care entering your address and details when placing your order. If you notice that you have made a mistake in your address after placing your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible by emailing hello@tropicoflinen.com
We will always try our very best to resolve any address issues, but if your order has already been shipped, then we may not be able to update your details.
NOBODY HOME DURING DELIVERY
If you are not at home when a product is delivered, information will be left for you on how to rearrange delivery or collect the products. If you do not rearrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot or service point we will contact you for further instructions and we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
TAXES, DUTIES, AND OTHER CHARGES
All charges covering taxes and duties specific to your shipping destination are NOT included in the prices that are shown on all product pages and in the total when placing your order.
You may be asked to pay additional taxes and duties by the courier.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you for more details.
You can track your order using your tracking number and the link in your dispatch confirmation email or SMS message. Alternatively, you can sign into your account to check your order status.
If you have not received your ordered products one day after the expected delivery date of your order, please let us know by emailing us directly at info@tropicoflinen.com with details of your purchase, order number, and tracking number, and we’ll be happy to help.
OUR POLICY ON
EXCHANGES
& returns
EXCHANGE
You may exchange clothing you purchase for another item within 7 days from date of purchase. An invoice number or receipt is essential for making an exchange.
We strongly advise that you check all products thoroughly on receipt before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Please contact us at info@tropicoflinen.com if you have any questions about returning your products or the exchange process.
The cost of shipping back an item for exchange must be borne by you.
You have 7 days from receiving your original order to exchange a product. All returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- All items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled, and in a resalable condition. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- All items must be returned with all original garment tags and security tags and labels still attached. If such tags are removed, then the returned product will not comply with this policy and a exchange will not be processed.
- Items must be returned with the original branded boxes. Where provided dust bags must also be included.
- When trying on garments, accessories or footwear, please take care not to mark or damage the items.
- Please handle all light-coloured products and clothing carefully when trying on and deciding whether to keep the product.
- We do not accept returns of earrings, undergarments, or swimwear of any kind.
- For the safety of our customers, please note that all protective face masks cannot be exchanged.
